If you are trying to book an inspection, the inspection request form is faster — it goes straight to a contractor in your ZIP code. For anything else, here is how to reach us.

Requests we handle

Remove my information

Email us from the address you used, or call, and tell us you want your details removed. We will delete what we hold and tell you which contractor your request was passed to, so you can ask them to do the same — once a request has been referred, that contractor holds their own copy and is their own data controller.

Stop contacting me

Reply STOP to any text message to end SMS. To stop calls, tell us by email or phone and we will record the request. If the calls are coming from a contractor rather than from us, tell us who and we will pass it on — and tell them directly as well, since they are the ones dialling.

A problem with a contractor we referred

Please tell us. We do not employ these companies and cannot resolve a dispute between you and them, but we decide who we refer people to, and a pattern of complaints is exactly the information that should change that decision. Include the company name, your ZIP code, roughly when it happened, and what went wrong.

For disputes that need a regulator rather than us: the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division handles deceptive trade practice complaints, and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors handles complaints about licensed engineers. Texas does not license foundation repair contractors, which is why the Attorney General rather than a licensing board is usually the right avenue.
